Join the St. PCP in its 9th appearance at the International Sound Ways Festival. One of the United States' most important composers, Steve Reich celebrates his 80th birthday this year. In honor of this anniversary the St. PCP will present his Triple Quartet written in 1999.
American pianist Xak Bjerken will make his Russian debut performing the world premiere of Jesse Jones’ new Piano Concerto, written for Mr. Bjerken and the St. PCP.
Finally, Kadri-Liis Kukk - the grand prize winner of the newly founded Singapore International Festival of Music Vocal Competition - will sing Ligeti’s fantastic arias from the Mysteries of the Macabre.
